They managed to fix my issue quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. I also liked how they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services, which I’ve experienced at other places before. The only reason I’m giving a four-star review is that the waiting area could use a bit more comfort; it felt basic and could benefit from some seating improvements.
